Maintain sales pipelines, forecast revenue, meet targets, and use CRM analytics to optimize performance. Monitor market and competitor trends, collaborate with marketing, legal, technical, overlay, and pre-sales teams, and provide client feedback to product teams.

Performs penetration testing and cybersecurity assessments across infrastructure, web applications, APIs, mobile applications, cloud configurations, red team engagements, and Cyber Essentials services. Supports client scoping, proposals, engagement management, report quality assurance, vulnerability database maintenance, research, and team knowledge sharing. Requires strong communication, customer focus, ethical judgment, and continuous professional development.

Supports leaders, managers, and employees across workforce planning, talent and succession management, employee engagement, organizational change, performance and disciplinary matters, policy development, absence management, benefits, compliance, and people analytics. The role partners with senior leadership, Legal, Compliance, Payroll, IT, Recruitment, and Learning & Development to improve employee experience, ensure policy adherence, and provide data-driven HR guidance.
