Advises customers on Microsoft and other software licensing, manages vendor portals, supports quarterly business reviews, and identifies incremental sales opportunities.

Leads integrated B2B campaigns and field marketing delivery to generate qualified demand, sales opportunities, and measurable pipeline contribution. Manages campaign planning, performance optimization, budgets, vendor partnerships, reporting, agencies, and a marketing team. Collaborates with Digital, Content, Product Marketing, Vendor Alliances, and Sales to improve conversion, lead quality, campaign economics, and marketing ROI.

Owns end-to-end customer onboarding for Azure transfers to the Bytes Cloud Solution Provider program. Responsibilities include assessing subscription eligibility, validating billing and technical prerequisites, planning and executing transfers from EA, MCA-E, MCA-I, and PAYG arrangements, coordinating customers and stakeholders, managing risks and remediation, validating service continuity, maintaining documentation, and completing operational handover and customer acceptance.
