Lead FP&A reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, business reviews, financial modeling, and scenario planning. Partner with commercial and operational teams to analyze performance, unit economics, customer metrics, and growth initiatives. Present insights to senior leadership, prepare board materials, own FP&A processes, and improve reporting through AI and automation. The role supports international market expansion and requires strong analytical, communication, and financial modeling skills.

Owns FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, variance analysis, business reviews, scenario modelling, and board materials. Partners with commercial and operational teams on growth, unit economics, and resource allocation. Presents insights to senior leadership, reviews analyst work, and improves reporting through automation and AI. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based three days weekly in West London.

Lead Product Design across Butternut and Marro, managing and coaching four experienced designers while raising UX, visual, interaction, research, and design-system quality. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI leaders to establish design as a strategic function, shape product direction, and connect customer experience improvements to commercial outcomes. The role balances design leadership, practice development, critique, and selective hands-on contribution.
