Integrate AI into workflows, use performance data to iterate, build Figma design systems, mentor junior designers, manage print production, and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced studio.

Plan, coordinate and deliver events to drive customer acquisition for Butternut Box and Marro. Scout opportunities, negotiate rates and locations, manage logistics, build organiser relationships, track KPIs and analyse event performance to refine strategy.

Lead payroll execution and benefits administration across the UK, Ireland, Germany and Italy. Own HRIS data integrity (HiBob), identify automation opportunities, support compensation reviews, ensure compliance and reporting (EU pay transparency, gender pay gap), and partner with People, Finance and external payroll providers.
