Lead the UK & Ireland Customer Love team, set KPIs, manage people managers, handle escalations, drive quality/compliance, oversee reporting, tooling and budgeting, support cross-functional projects, and present to stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end creative projects across digital and print (CRM, paid social, packaging, OOH). Integrate AI into workflows, use performance data to iterate, build Figma design systems, mentor junior designers, manage print production, and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced studio.

Lead the Acquisition Product Team to own top-of-funnel experiences (content, channel integrations, sign-up wizard, checkout) and drive conversion, acquisition quality, and LTV through data-driven experimentation, roadmapping, and close partnership with marketing, design, engineering, and data science.

Own and execute mid/late-stage CRM lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, push and in‑account channels. Build and run campaigns and flows for churn deflection, upsell and engagement, analyse performance using BI, run A/B tests, personalise segmentation, collaborate with product/creative/operations, and manage activation of e-commerce offers.

Face-to-face sales role representing Butternut Box at events across London and the South East. Attend activations, approach customers, pitch products, and set up/break down stands. Fixed-term contract through 22 Dec 2026, working 16 day shifts per month with base daily pay plus uncapped commission and incentives.

Lead Nordics marketing to launch and grow the brand in Sweden and Denmark. Own local growth and brand strategy across paid social, influencers, CRM, media buying and partnerships. Guide channel specialists, run localised campaigns, source creators, report weekly on CPA, retention and revenue, and drive both awareness and performance.

Lead payroll execution and benefits administration across the UK, Ireland, Germany and Italy. Own HRIS data integrity (HiBob), identify automation opportunities, support compensation reviews, ensure compliance and reporting (EU pay transparency, gender pay gap), and partner with People, Finance and external payroll providers.
