Teams at Butlin's

Leads and develops a contact centre team supporting holiday guests with bookings, sales, and customer service. Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, KPI monitoring, complaint resolution, sales support, quality assessments, team communications, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also handles inbound calls and collaborates with social media and administration teams during peak periods.

Supports the Butlins Finance team through weekly reporting, financial analysis, ledger postings, P&L reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and ad hoc reporting. The placement provides hands-on experience for a student completing an accounting or finance degree. Candidates should be self-motivated, eager to learn, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and able to communicate financial information to non-finance colleagues.
