Provide specialist assessment and treatment for adults with musculoskeletal conditions, lead clinical service delivery, deputise for the Lead MSK Physiotherapist, support MDT care, manage caseloads, maintain records, contribute to service development, audits and quality improvement, and ensure risk management and patient safety.

Provides psychological assessment, formulation, evidence-based therapy, wellbeing coaching, and referral recommendations for adult mental health clients. Delivers care face-to-face, by telephone, and through video consultations; facilitates psychoeducation, workshops, and training. Manages an independent caseload within clinical and insurance limits, collaborates with therapy and operational teams, attends supervision, maintains professional standards, and supports service improvement and positive client outcomes.

Provide counselling and psychotherapy to adult clients through face-to-face, remote, individual, and group services. Conduct assessments, formulations, brief interventions, wellbeing support, referrals, and psychoeducation. Manage an independent caseload, maintain clinical documentation, follow safeguarding and case-management procedures, attend supervision, and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams.
