Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, manages new enquiries, provides face-to-face and telephone support, conducts care-home tours, and assists with clerical tasks including paperwork and filing. The role requires excellent customer service, organisation, approachability, relationship-building, efficiency, and a caring attitude when supporting residents, families, colleagues, and the Home Manager.

Leads self-pay pricing strategy and commercial growth across Bupa’s London diagnostic and secondary care portfolio. Owns pricing performance, governance, market analysis, reporting, CRM transformation, and revenue and margin optimisation. Partners with executives and operational stakeholders, oversees pricing frameworks and changes, manages exceptions, and sponsors strategic transformation initiatives. Requires senior healthcare commercial leadership, advanced financial modelling, analytical expertise, executive influencing, and experience leading enterprise-wide change.

Supports global tax transformation and technology initiatives, including Oracle TRCS implementation for Pillar Two, IFRS tax reporting, and Country-by-Country Reporting. Responsibilities include embedding governance, improving tax compliance processes, coordinating outsourcing models, translating tax requirements into technology solutions, managing stakeholders, supporting training, and contributing to finance transformation roadmaps. The role partners with Tax, Finance, Technology, systems, transformation teams, and external advisers across a global matrix organization.
