Own and scale a partner programme across UK, Germany, and Luxembourg: sign and activate referral/channel partners, build and maintain regulated provider networks, convert partner relationships into measurable partner-sourced ARR, manage commercial negotiation and pricing, track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations. Represent the company at industry events and close capability gaps so the company can service fund mandates end-to-end.

Manage fund accounting and investor reporting for VC/PE funds, ensure compliance with standards, drive process automation, and communicate with stakeholders.

Lead a small Growth squad to discover, prototype, and ship greenfield products for upmarket VC and PE funds. Drive discovery with target accounts, run experiments and fast prototypes using AI tooling, convert prototypes into paid POCs and contracts, and manage roadmap, engineering delivery, and commercial outcomes.
