Lead the Capital Management domain across European markets, owning capital calls, distributions, treasury, investor support and day-to-day fund operations. Manage and develop managers and senior specialists, drive operational excellence, partner with Product and Engineering to automate processes, and scale teams while maintaining service quality and customer experience.
