Own and scale bunch’s partnership function across the UK, Germany, and Luxembourg. Build referral and channel partnerships, develop regulated provider networks, generate partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, negotiate commercial agreements, and close service capability gaps. Establish tracking and operating processes, collaborate on joint go-to-market initiatives, represent the company at industry events, and recommend future team expansion. The role is a senior individual contributor with regular travel and potential future people leadership.

Own end-to-end talent acquisition across GTM and Operations in Germany, the UK, and other European locations. Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, role design, sourcing, interviewing, closing, and hiring quality. Build pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networks, events, and agencies; manage recruiting forecasts and improve hiring processes, candidate experience, employer branding, and AI-enabled workflows.

Own and scale a partner programme across UK, Germany, and Luxembourg: sign and activate referral/channel partners, build and maintain regulated provider networks, convert partner relationships into measurable partner-sourced ARR, manage commercial negotiation and pricing, track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations. Represent the company at industry events and close capability gaps so the company can service fund mandates end-to-end.
