Supports electronic product development through prototype assembly, soldering, debugging, fault investigation, verification and validation testing. Conducts functional, safety, environmental, EMC, reliability and performance tests; analyzes results and prepares technical reports. Supports design reviews, corrective actions, manufacturing test development, industrialization and production transfers. Also maintains R&D documentation, compliance records, purchase orders and process workflows while coordinating with engineering, quality, manufacturing and administrative teams.

Lead technical strategy, design busduct system layouts, draft technical offers, support sales and projects, mentor junior engineers, produce documentation, provide onsite troubleshooting and training, and ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction across the full sales cycle.

Work with EU customers to identify needs and deliver tailored technical solutions. Provide pre-sales engineering support, product training, cost estimates, and customer insights. Build relationships, prepare sales call schedules, and contribute to planning and team outcomes.
