Maintain professional appearance, visual displays, windows, warehouse organization, and inventory accuracy. Collaborate with colleagues and the Store Manager to deliver an excellent store experience, while staying current on seasonal collections, brand philosophy, aesthetics, and product knowledge.

Deliver an elevated luxury boutique experience through personalized client service, expert product and craftsmanship knowledge, clienteling, CRM use, sales target achievement, and customer retention. Support store management with daily operations, visual merchandising, product presentation, stock organization, and inventory accuracy. Serve as a team role model by sharing best practices, supporting colleagues, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.
