Prepare monthly management accounts, perform month-end reconciliations and detailed income and expense variance analysis versus budget and forecast, produce management and board packs, support budgeting/forecasting, RMAR and SOX schedules, assist statutory accounts and audit, maintain reports, and drive process improvements while supporting the Finance Manager and coaching junior accountants.

The Insurance Product Manager will act as a subject-matter expert for Commercial Programs, leading product development and strategy, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring competitiveness and fair value of products.

Provide FCA regulatory advice to partner brokers, conduct health-check and regulatory visits, assess compliance, monitor and update action plans, escalate non-compliance, and support brokers to meet regulatory obligations through regular field visits.
