Own ETF product discovery, strategy, design, roadmap, and delivery across business, technology, operations, and change teams. Lead European strategic account sales by identifying and converting complex business opportunities, developing sales campaigns, managing pipelines, engaging senior decision-makers, and coordinating RFI/RFP processes. Build market presence through industry events, provide client and market insights for commercial strategy, and collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Relationship Management teams. The role focuses on asset management and financial services solutions, including custody, fund accounting, transfer agency, securities lending, foreign exchange, and investment operations.

Lead product development for global FX currency administration: manage projects from inception to implementation, gather and document business requirements, design and execute tests (including UAT), perform business analysis to identify product gaps and process improvements, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support client service teams.
