Leads end-to-end technology projects across infrastructure, applications, security, and enterprise systems. Defines scope, plans schedules and resources, manages budgets, risks, vendors, governance, quality, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates business and technology teams to deliver initiatives within scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring compliance with security and governance requirements. Supports PMO process improvement and delivers technology capabilities for business operations, regulatory needs, modernization, integrations, and strategic priorities.

Supports European private-fund fundraising strategy and execution, coordinating stakeholders across client relations, marketing, investor relations, legal, compliance, finance, and investment teams. Develops regional business and fundraising plans, monitors KPIs, adapts strategies, reviews investor materials, manages risks, supports investor and advisor interactions, and reports on fundraising initiatives. Requires strong financial analysis, institutional fund marketing knowledge, relationship management, communication, organization, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Supports UK and European employee benefits administration, including health, pension, insurance, wellbeing, enrollments, data maintenance, reporting, reconciliations, renewals, benchmarking, compliance monitoring, vendor coordination, system testing, and employee communications. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, local teams, and external providers to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver accurate, compliant benefits programs across multiple countries.
