Develops regional business and fundraising plans, monitors KPIs, adapts strategies, reviews investor materials, manages risks, supports investor and advisor interactions, and reports on fundraising initiatives. Requires strong financial analysis, institutional fund marketing knowledge, relationship management, communication, organization, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Supports UK and European employee benefits administration, including health, pension, insurance, wellbeing, enrollments, data maintenance, reporting, reconciliations, renewals, benchmarking, compliance monitoring, vendor coordination, system testing, and employee communications. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, local teams, and external providers to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver accurate, compliant benefits programs across multiple countries.

The CRM Associate will support client relationship management, fundraising, and business development for Israeli clients across private market asset classes, while enhancing CRM systems and conducting market research.

Support Client Relationship and Client Service Relationship Managers across DACEE by assisting fundraising, client due diligence, onboarding, investor servicing, event coordination, CRM (Salesforce) maintenance, market and client research, and organizing roadshows and investor meetings.

Lead capital markets and financing activities for the Brookfield-Bloom Energy partnership, including structuring and executing debt and tax equity transactions, ITC monetisation, contract analysis, lender relationships, hedging strategy, and ad hoc co-invest and amendment support.
