Manage inbound and proactive sales enquiries across a 20-venue portfolio, coordinating pipelines, viewings and CRM records. Prepare proposals, support negotiations, present venues on tours, collaborate with marketing and operations, generate leads, produce sales reports, and ensure high customer service and compliance with company procedures to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Lead sales and event enquiries for Exhibition White City, delivering sales strategies, meeting KPIs, managing contracts and client relationships, collaborating with marketing, finance and operations to drive commercial performance and support event delivery.

Provide HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle including employee relations, performance management, recruitment and onboarding, HR operations (HiBob/Humaans), engagement, wellbeing, DEI initiatives, and office/front-of-house cover. Maintain HR records, support payroll/benefits, coordinate L&D and talent activities, and assist with HR policy and workforce planning.
