Lead delivery of the Bank's public affairs strategy: build relationships with government, think tanks and sector stakeholders; prepare briefings, events, ministerial and parliamentary activity; provide political insight, horizon-scan risks/opportunities, and translate complex policy into clear communications while supporting and developing team members.

Provide executive-level business and operational support to Chief/MD leaders in the CEO Office: manage complex diaries and inboxes, coordinate meetings, travel, expenses and purchase orders, support governance/board activity, recruitment admin, produce presentations/reports, build stakeholder relationships, handle confidential information, and support events and projects.

Support delivery of the Bank's Five-Year Strategic Plan by developing evidence-based policy and strategy advice, inputting to fiscal events, coordinating projects, engaging internal and external stakeholders, and producing clear written recommendations to senior stakeholders. Maintain project processes, drive continuous improvement, and work collaboratively across teams to respond to government priorities and market developments.
