Manage existing and prospective delivery-partner relationships across the UK lending market, with a focus on asset finance. Identify commercial opportunities, develop funding and guarantee solutions, contribute to product and strategic initiatives, and collaborate across risk, policy, legal, finance, ESG, marketing, and communications. The role requires strong knowledge of SME finance, pricing, capital requirements, and relationship and transaction management.

Lead the Nations and Regions Investment Funds programme, including fund manager selection, capital deployment, portfolio performance, new fund delivery, investment realisation, and stakeholder engagement. The role also involves leading an investment professionals team, conducting fund-level due diligence, making complex investment decisions, and supporting UK SME access to finance.

Supports live securitisation, structured finance, and capital markets transactions. Responsibilities include financial modelling, developing transaction structures, preparing approval papers, drafting legal documents, and contributing to funding solutions for smaller businesses. The role includes rotational exposure across product teams, collaboration with banks and financial institutions, and development within debt capital markets.
