Provides onsite and remote enterprise desktop support for computers, mobile devices, operating systems, applications, printers, connectivity, collaboration tools, and meeting-room technology. Diagnoses and resolves incidents, manages tickets and SLAs, documents troubleshooting, deploys and repairs equipment, supports MDM and remote-access technologies, and escalates complex issues. The role also delivers customer-facing Tech Bar and concierge support while coordinating with service desk, network, infrastructure, security, and application teams.
