Lead and support nursery staff in delivering high-quality early years care and education. Promote child welfare, safeguarding, health and safety, and strong partnerships with parents, colleagues, professionals, and local authorities. Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required, mentor team members, support occupancy growth, and ensure compliance with early years legislation.

Lead and support the toddlers’ room team, ensuring high-quality care, education, safeguarding, health, and safety. Help children meet individual milestones, maintain strong partnerships with parents and professionals, and create inclusive learning environments aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage. Mentor colleagues and promote child welfare while meeting legislative and organizational requirements.
