Teams at Braze

As a Senior Lead Solutions Consultant at Braze, you will engage with customers by leveraging storytelling and technical skills to solve challenges, while working closely with pre-sales and solutions engineering teams. This role demands excellent communication and collaboration to enhance customer engagement strategies across various digital platforms.

Lead and manage a small enterprise SaaS sales organization (Account Executives and outbound prospectors). Drive enterprise deals, coach teams, work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Ops, and target large organizations for marketing/mobile technology solutions. Prefer experience selling marketing automation, CRM, email, or analytics products.

Own full sales cycle for SMB accounts (Nordics, Benelux, UK&I). Prospect, build pipeline, craft value-based business cases, forecast in CRM, and close high-volume SaaS deals while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Technical stakeholders.
