Teams at Braze

Manages daily reception operations for Braze’s London office, including greeting visitors, maintaining the reception area, handling guest registration and access requests, supporting badge management, answering workplace questions, and assisting with office events. Provides professional customer service, balances multiple priorities, and supports the Workplace team with operational and administrative tasks. This is a fully in-office role, Monday through Friday.

Own enterprise security, privacy, and compliance questionnaires during the pre-sales cycle. Serve as a customer-facing security subject matter expert, explain infrastructure and data protection controls, maintain security knowledge repositories, and collaborate with Security, DevOps, Legal, and Engineering teams. Develop trust portals, whitepapers, self-service security packages, and architectural diagrams that accelerate enterprise deals and address customer risk requirements.

Supports Sales with deal desk processes, complex order creation, contract signatures, approvals, order management, and pricing validation. Maintains Salesforce data integrity, reports, account records, consumption and overage tracking. Partners cross-functionally to structure deals and ensure contract terms, billing information, pricing, and internal systems are aligned.
