Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM). Build custom apps, workflows, scripts, integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server), participate across the SDLC, support upgrades/patching, perform code reviews, produce documentation, and provide third-line support within secure government environments requiring strict data handling.

Lead development and delivery of end-to-end change management for large, complex telecom transformation programmes. Conduct impact and readiness assessments, design stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption interventions, embed change into BAU, track adoption and benefits, and partner with programme leadership, technology, L&D and delivery partners to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Provide hands-on production and demo trading exchange support: monitor availability and performance, run daily operations, triage incidents, support releases, maintain runbooks, automate processes, and collaborate across Dev/QA/Infra teams in a 24/7 rotational model.
