Provide hands-on production and demo trading exchange support: monitor availability and performance, run daily operations, triage incidents, support releases, maintain runbooks, automate processes, and collaborate across Dev/QA/Infra teams in a 24/7 rotational model.

Lead and manage major incidents and problem management for fintech trading platforms. Serve as Incident Commander during outages, run RCAs, enforce SLAs, maintain audit-ready runbooks and controls (SOC Type 1/2), coordinate audits, drive service management reporting, support DR/BCP and automation to reduce MTTR, and ensure continuous operational readiness across engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM). Build custom apps, workflows, scripts, integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server), participate across the SDLC, support upgrades/patching, perform code reviews, produce documentation, and provide third-line support within secure government environments requiring strict data handling.
