Manage a mid-market account portfolio, building customer relationships and serving as an internal customer advocate. Own renewals from discovery through contract completion, while identifying and closing expansions, upsells, and cross-sells. Partner with Customer Enablement Managers to maximize customer value, understand client priorities and budgets, and lead annual business reviews with value-focused commercial narratives.

Drive new enterprise revenue by generating pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing new logos. Partner with Business Development Representatives to identify and qualify opportunities, build relationships with Marketing and SEO decision-makers, communicate Botify’s value proposition, and collaborate with Demand Generation, Solutions, Customer Success, and Product teams to support growth.
