Own UK people operations and employee experience for a hybrid London office serving approximately 25–30 employees. Responsibilities include employee relations, HR compliance, onboarding and offboarding, performance and compensation cycles, engagement, learning and development, office management, vendor coordination, and end-to-end talent acquisition. The role partners with global leadership and People teams across multinational offices while improving processes, culture, and employee support.

Drive new enterprise revenue by generating pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing new logos. Partner with Business Development Representatives to identify and qualify opportunities, build relationships with Marketing and SEO decision-makers, communicate Botify’s value proposition, and collaborate with Demand Generation, Solutions, Customer Success, and Product teams to support growth.
