Provides first- and second-line IT support to onsite and remote employees across the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, managing ServiceNow tickets, supporting onboarding and offboarding, maintaining devices and local IT infrastructure, assisting with meeting-room technologies, managing IT assets, documenting procedures, and coordinating escalations with regional and global IT teams.

Lead a team managing UKI quotes, tenders, contracts and pricing. Oversee tender/quotation processes, ensure compliance with procurement regulations, drive process improvements, manage KPIs and stakeholder relationships, and support recruitment and implementation of regional initiatives.
