Responsibilities include RF surveys, modeling, link budgets, traffic analysis, low-level designs, equipment coordination, reporting, client presentations, and project delivery support. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, MNOs, stakeholders, architects, and BIM specialists while ensuring scalable, cost-controlled designs and compliance with health and safety procedures.

Lead supplier and commercial management across UK&I delivery for telecoms and digital infrastructure. Develop supplier strategy, tendering, SOWs, schedules of rates, contract sum templates, benchmarking, variation and final account processes, supplier onboarding, performance management, commercial dispute resolution, governance, and capability building to ensure aligned, repeatable delivery outcomes.

Owns strategic relationships and commercial performance for three MNO accounts across CMS and ESN programmes. Drives revenue growth, retention, contractual governance, stakeholder engagement, pipeline development, escalation management, and alignment between customer expectations and delivery teams.
