Leads strategic sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services, including IT, SaaS, licenses, VARs, and professional services. Responsibilities include RFPs, supplier selection and onboarding, contract and supplier relationship management, negotiations, spend analysis, governance, compliance, reporting, invoice review, and stakeholder engagement across Finance, Operations, Legal, and Compliance. The role focuses on cost savings, spend consolidation, improved commercial terms, and procurement governance across Europe.

Lead RF design, deployment and optimisation of tunnel and trackside mobile networks for HS2. Perform RF surveys, modelling, link budgets, DAS room design, BOMs and detailed configs. Coordinate handovers, MNO reviews, equipment selection, interference mitigation and safety compliance; produce reports, RAMS, and deliver projects on time and budget.

Lead commercialisation and growth of Boldyn Networks' fibre assets by creating demand, securing anchor customers and strategic partnerships, developing go-to-market strategies (dark fibre, wavelength, DCI, lit services), building business cases and forecasts, and influencing network investment and route prioritisation while coordinating across commercial, product, engineering and finance teams.

Owns strategic relationships and commercial performance for three MNO accounts across CMS and ESN programmes. Drives revenue growth, retention, contractual governance, stakeholder engagement, pipeline development, escalation management, and alignment between customer expectations and delivery teams.
