Supports certification of large aircraft modifications by identifying requirements, leading certification activities, reviewing structural substantiation, and resolving stress and structures issues. Performs hand calculations and finite element analysis for aircraft interiors, primary structures, antennas, and fuselage modifications. Represents Boeing in customer design reviews and provides on-site embodiment support while ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations and company procedures.

Lead commercial aircraft certification programs for modifications involving cabin interiors, in-flight entertainment, connectivity, and emerging technologies. Manage certification routes, classifications, compliance programs, EASA applications, regulatory monitoring, compliance documentation, audits, corrective actions, technical reviews, and project milestone meetings. Support design organization performance, safety and technical review boards, training, and best-practice development. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

Leads execution of Boeing’s Connectivity aircraft modification programs across Europe, owning schedule, budget, technical risks, engineering baselines, airworthiness compliance, certification, and entry into service. Manages the Connectivity Engineering IPT and direct Project and Manufacturing Engineer teams, coordinates matrixed resources, drives maturity-gated delivery, and serves as the primary interface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
