The Customer Engineering Account Manager engages with airline and leasing customers, providing technical expertise for retrofit modifications, facilitating proposal processes, and maintaining customer relationships.

Serve as the primary technical contact for airline and lessor customers to capture retrofit requirements, develop and present proposals, and support project execution across Interiors, Connectivity, Avionics, AP&S, and Converted Freighter product lines. Liaise with internal teams, monitor proposal and project progress, attend milestones, and maintain customer relationships.
