Drive programme execution, schedules, budgets, risk management, resource planning, cross-functional collaboration, compliance with regulatory requirements (EASA), and continuous improvement while reporting to global leadership and supporting customer commitments.

Lead strategic research, benchmarking, forecasting and business-case development for Boeing Defence UK. Synthesize market, competitive and financial data, collaborate across functions, present recommendations to senior leaders, support M&A/partnership evaluation, and ensure strategy integration into long-range planning.

Develop and document cabin interior design solutions for large aircraft modifications using CAD. Produce compliance substantiation (flammability, design reports, safety analyses), support installations, surveys, bids, and continued airworthiness documentation while collaborating with customers, vendors, regulators and global teams.
