Supports Boden’s global customer insight programme through survey design and analysis, product testing, focus groups, interviews, customer communities, and feedback management. Translates quantitative and qualitative research into clear recommendations for Product, Brand, Marketing, Merchandising, and UXR teams. The role also coordinates participants, incentives, venues, logistics, stakeholder reporting, customer data pulls, and customer video feedback.

Lead paid social creative strategy from concept through delivery, developing trend-informed social content and managing creators, influencers, shoots, and external partners. Collaborate with Organic Social, Brand Marketing, Creative, Studio, Paid Media, and Product Marketing teams. Analyze creative performance, generate insights, and drive testing and optimization to improve engagement and commercial results.

Build, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Ometria, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Create customer communications, manage audiences and segments, perform cross-device quality assurance, and collaborate across teams on content and customer journeys. The role also improves CRM templates and processes while staying current with email marketing and CRM best practices.
