The Head of Commercial Finance role involves partnering with sales and marketing, forecasting revenue, managing the commercial P&L, and leading a team of analysts. It combines operational and strategic finance responsibilities, with a focus on decision support and investor relations.

Provide hands-on commercial paralegal support and build legal operations: draft and negotiate NDAs, order forms and supplier agreements; manage company secretarial duties; support DPAs and privacy addenda; run contract lifecycle and obligation management; implement CLM, e-signature and AI-assisted tooling; support sell-side/procurement diligence, post-M&A contract novations, and cross-functional initiatives.

As an Account Executive, you will manage Enterprise accounts, building relationships, closing deals, and collaborating with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
