Leads global production services and application support for critical electronic FX trading platforms. Responsibilities include setting strategy, managing global teams, improving incident and change processes, reducing operational risk, driving automation and observability, and enhancing platform availability, resiliency, SLA performance, and service recovery. The role partners with executive stakeholders across business, technology, engineering, operations, risk, and compliance while overseeing workforce planning, budgeting, talent development, and front-to-back trading platform support.

Designs high-quality presentations, proposals, RFP responses, executive summaries, and client-facing collateral. Translates complex data and business concepts into clear visual stories, applies brand standards, manages approvals and version control, and supports process improvements and responsible AI use. Collaborates with client experience, asset servicing, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders while managing multiple deadlines.

Design and develop full-stack web services for a platform automating complex private-asset lifecycle management. Build scalable, resilient front-end and back-end components using Java Spring Boot and Angular TypeScript, with strong automated testing and documented APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, conduct code reviews, and support high availability, performance, usability, and external integrations. Blockchain, Solidity, and EVM experience is advantageous.
