Leads international employee relations strategy across jurisdictions, ensuring consistent and locally compliant approaches to conduct, grievances, workplace concerns, investigations, and case management. Partners with senior leaders and legal, compliance, and risk teams on sensitive matters, identifies emerging ER risks, improves processes and documentation standards, and develops manager capability and a high-performing international ER team.
