Lead and grow a team of Account Executives selling FedEx Digital Solutions into Healthcare and B2B enterprise accounts. Drive hiring, coaching, pipeline and forecast management, deal design, CRM compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and C-level relationship building to meet revenue and growth targets.
