Teams at Bloomreach

Lead end-to-end new-business sales across the UK, targeting enterprise prospects and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualification, executive engagement, business analysis, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, closing, forecasting, CRM management, and handoff to Account Management. The role requires collaboration with SDRs, solutions consultants, marketing, partners, product, and customer success teams while maintaining pipeline coverage and delivering revenue growth.

Leads accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, tax coordination, controls, cash management, and treasury for Bloomreach’s Dutch entities. Ensures compliance with US GAAP and Dutch GAAP, manages close activities, reconciliations, consolidations, regulatory reporting, and banking relationships. Partners with global finance, auditors, tax advisors, and international accounting teams while improving processes through automation and AI.

Manage strategic customer relationships and guide clients through digital experience transformation using the Bloomreach platform. Advise leadership and delivery teams, demonstrate business value, develop digital experience roadmaps, promote innovative solutions, and own customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Account Management, Product, Technical Services, Business Services, and Support while sharing customer feedback internally.
