Manage concierge onboarding, support, product adoption, and portfolio expansion while driving upsell and cross-sell across trading, OTC, Earn, lending, and referrals. Build trusted client relationships, maintain CRM pipelines, coordinate with internal teams, manage VIP communication channels, monitor performance, and provide market-informed recommendations.

Owns end-to-end consumer financial operations for fiat and cryptocurrency deposits, withdrawals, settlements, and reconciliation. Leads and scales operations teams, establishes controls and SLAs, manages incidents, supports product launches and geographic expansion, and partners with Compliance, Legal, Treasury, Product, and Engineering. Oversees AML, KYC, fraud, chargeback, liquidity, payment processor, and banking partner operations while using performance data to improve reliability, automation, and cost efficiency.

Own and scale crypto savings and crypto-backed lending products: set strategy, roadmap, AUM and P&L targets; launch products and GTM; build business cases; partner with Product, Engineering, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing and Finance to optimize pricing, yield, collateral and profitability; run experimentation, performance cadence, and competitive analysis.
