Lead TIDAL's product and brand design vision, drive complex end-to-end design initiatives, define systems and standards, pioneer AI-driven design, partner with Product/Engineering/ML, mentor designers, and identify new business opportunities to elevate artist-focused products.

Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB merchants by building relationships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, meeting revenue targets, coordinating with Sales/Support/Product, and acting as a product specialist and internal advocate to improve customer outcomes.

Lead and develop a team of Resellers targeting SMB service, retail, and restaurant merchants. Drive revenue against quotas through sales strategy, coaching, KPI-driven performance management, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence to scale reseller channel performance.
