Supports product strategy for private markets solutions across institutional and wealth channels. Responsibilities include client engagement, pitchbooks and product content, market and competitor analysis, product development, business-case preparation, and coordination of launches and bespoke implementations. The role translates complex investment concepts into client-ready messages, manages cross-functional workstreams, maintains pipeline and product data, and identifies process improvements using technology and automation.

Leads complex Private Credit and Direct Lending transformation engagements for clients, from discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, adoption, and transition. Advises senior stakeholders on investment workflows, data, technology, controls, governance, and operating models. Coordinates multidisciplinary investment, operations, product, engineering, and data teams while shaping scalable Aladdin and eFront solutions. Builds transformation methodologies, informs product priorities, manages client relationships, and coaches teams on automation, AI, governance, and delivery excellence.
