Draft, review and negotiate fund documentation and offering materials; manage external counsel; advise on fundraising, governance, AIFMD and SFDR regulatory matters; partner with investment, product, tax, compliance and operations teams to scale products and internal processes.

Execute and design equity and equity-derivative trading strategies, optimize execution through data analytics and coding, enhance automation and reduce risk, liaise with brokers, contribute to trading platforms (including Aladdin), and share market insights with investment teams.

Oversee technology audits, manage audit processes, engage stakeholders to assess risks, and ensure compliance in financial services.
