Lead product strategy and delivery for Aladdin's wealth management technology. Define roadmap, embed AI and API-led integrations, drive cross-functional squads, engage clients and partners, and deliver scalable solutions for discretionary portfolios, advisory services, execution-only accounts, model management, trading, and reporting.

Execute core rates cash and derivative trades for LDI, fundamental and index fixed income teams. Provide best execution on IRS, futures, auctions and e-trading; manage orders and workflow; support bespoke derivative transactions and CSA valuation; liaise with PMs, sell-side and counterparties; deliver market intelligence and improve trading workflows using data and automation.

Provide legal support across EMEA on contentious and non-contentious employment matters (grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE, litigation, DSARs), advise HR on contracts, remuneration, policies and regulatory staff issues, liaise with external counsel, manage legal risk, and deliver training to legal and non-legal stakeholders.
