Senior portfolio manager responsible for designing, constructing, and managing physical equity portfolios and equity sleeves within multi-asset mandates. Lead day-to-day implementation, client flows, FX hedging, rebalancing, performance and risk monitoring, and ensure compliance with mandates. Drive automation and Aladdin-based tooling, collaborate with researchers and CIOs on investment capabilities, and establish governance and shared portfolio construction methodologies across global teams.

Execute and optimise EMEA equities and/or fixed income securities lending books to generate revenue and minimise costs. Build and implement trading strategies, manage risk, partner with portfolio managers, counterparties, and internal teams (Quant, Algorithmic Trading, Operations) to improve performance and operational efficiency, and handle day-to-day trading administration.

Support interpretation and implementation of EU and country remuneration regulation, focusing on pay transparency and equal pay. Perform regulatory analysis, contribute to policy, reporting, job levelling, stakeholder materials, and governance documentation to ensure compliant, consistent compensation outcomes.
