Leads health, safety, and environmental programs across BlackRock offices in the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include emergency preparedness, CPR/AED programs, drills, incident management, event safety, occupational health, audits, regulatory compliance, food safety inspections, vendor oversight, risk assessments, and maintaining audit-ready documentation. The role partners with Facilities, HR, Security, Resilience, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve safety culture, manage risks, and ensure consistent regional execution.
