Teams at Blackbaud

Manage complex Blackbaud technology implementation projects throughout the full lifecycle, controlling scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, governance, and change. Lead customer stakeholders through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization while managing multiple engagements. Prepare project plans, reporting, change requests, and Statements of Work; support sales scoping; coach delivery teams; and improve project methodologies. Occasional travel to UK customer sites, including overnight stays, may be required.

Partners with GTM leaders on budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, performance analysis, month-end close, scenario modeling, and investment decisions. Develops executive reporting, dashboards, and business reviews while identifying process improvements and automation opportunities. Supports Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other commercial stakeholders with data-driven insights and recommendations.
