Provides direct IT support for London staff, resolving software, hardware, network, server, Microsoft 365, identity, collaboration, printing, telephony, and video-conferencing issues. Sets up devices and software, maintains systems, documents procedures, manages service desk incidents, and owns issue resolution through escalation. Collaborates with international IT teams and supports a monthly weekend on-call rotation.

Supports business development and new-business acquisition across the UK, Ireland, and Middle East. Coordinates PQQ, RFP, RFQ, and RFI submissions; develops proposals, presentations, portfolios, and client materials; maintains CRM and project databases; supports market research, client relationships, fee proposals, tours, and press activities. The role requires strong organization, communication, graphic, multitasking, and independent project coordination skills in a fast-paced architecture and design environment.

Prepares commercial bids and fee proposals for architecture projects, analyzing contracts, scope, timelines, risks, pricing, and construction budgets. Coordinates consultants, internal teams, approvals, client clarifications, negotiations, and project handovers. Supports business development, proposal methodologies, commercial tools, templates, and project fee tracking across international markets.
