Lead fraud detection and prevention for credit products: design and implement fraud management frameworks, identify and investigate suspicious activity (customer, third-party, merchant, account takeovers), manage daily KYC reviews, update financial crime policies, handle CIFAS reports, analyze data for fraud patterns, and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate risk.

Work closely with the CEO, CPO, and stakeholders to help develop and execute product strategy. Support product development processes, perform analysis, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and contribute to product decisions that improve credit-building solutions for underserved customers.

Use advanced SQL to query backend data and produce commercial and financial insights. Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and KPI dashboards. Perform profitability, LTV/CAC, variance and cost analyses, present findings to stakeholders, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
