Own the end-to-end design function for an AI product serving structural engineering and construction customers. Responsibilities include setting design direction, creating design systems, shaping brand and product strategy, conducting comprehensive user research, analyzing product performance, designing complex workflows, prototyping, facilitating workshops, and partnering with founders, product, engineering, and customers to ship high-quality improvements.
