Lead B2B sponsorship sales for commercial real estate events, build and coach a sales team, manage strategic sales cycles, prospect and close sponsors, document activity in Salesforce, emcee local events, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet KPIs and grow the business portfolio.

The Business Development Representative will engage with clients in the commercial real estate industry to generate sales through sponsorship and marketing initiatives, aiming for promotion to Business Manager.

Manage onsite logistics for Bisnow events in the London market: prep venues, coordinate AV/catering/rentals, set up registration and signage, run Square ticketing, support sponsors, store inventory, join pre-event calls, and occasionally travel to nearby markets.
