Deliver structured contact strategies, value-added services (consumption reviews, KVA checks, bill validation), manage account health, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to hit renewal, productivity, satisfaction, and compliance targets.

Design, build and scale production data pipelines and analytics-ready models on AWS and Snowflake using dbt. Lead data platform architecture, ensure reliability, implement CI/CD and testing, mentor engineers, and embed governance, observability and security practices.

Make outbound calls to small business owners who submitted online enquiries, confirm details, assess eligibility for better deals, record information in Salesforce, and pass qualified leads to sales closers. Provide a professional, helpful customer experience.
