Coordinate end-to-end international shipments of pharmaceutical products, clinical trial medicines, and research samples. Serve as the first customer contact, liaise with carriers and partners, monitor live shipments, resolve escalations, manage post-shipment activities, investigate complaints, complete CAPA, and maintain accurate system records while ensuring compliance and service quality.

Manage assigned customer accounts to maximise cash collection, resolve payment disputes, minimise credit risk and bad debt, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records. Responsibilities include applying dunning and escalation procedures, supporting debt recovery and insolvency processes, investigating payment delays, improving cash flow, supporting audits, and contributing to process automation and data quality initiatives. The role also provides guidance to colleagues and requires strong stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Process high-volume customer invoicing across multiple legal entities, manage Accounts Receivable inboxes, allocate payments, maintain accurate ledgers, support customer onboarding and collections, and assist with billing activities. The role also requires stakeholder collaboration, customer query resolution, credit policy compliance, and continuous process improvement within a finance team.
