Lead global card program roadmap and launches (virtual and physical), manage issuer/processor/manufacturer relationships, integrate digital wallets (Apple/Google Pay), oversee card supply chain and vendors, negotiate commercial agreements, build SOPs and scalable operations, drive GTM with Product and Growth, and monitor performance through data-driven analysis.

Lead strategy and execution for virtual and physical card products, managing end-to-end launches, vendor and partner relationships (issuers, processors, BIN sponsors, manufacturers), wallet integrations, commercial negotiations, card production and fulfillment, and build scalable SOPs while monitoring performance and driving operational improvements.
