Early-career fixed-term role supporting product compliance: maintain documentation, track regulatory requirements and audits, coordinate action plans with stakeholders, prepare reports and presentations, monitor regulatory developments, and collaborate with Product, Tech, Operations, and Global Compliance teams.

Serve as senior in-house counsel delivering corporate legal strategy, governance, M&A, restructurings, joint ventures and cross-border projects. Provide proactive business-focused advice, draft and review legal documents, manage complex multi-jurisdictional matters, train non-legal colleagues, and partner with regional teams to mitigate risk and enable business objectives.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure Java backend services and APIs. Ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across microservices, databases, messaging systems, and capacity planning. Troubleshoot, profile, benchmark, and optimize systems (including ML applications) and collaborate with Kazakhstan stakeholders.
