Lead the member product for a three-month, part-time engagement, owning product direction, roadmap, discovery, prioritization, delivery coordination, and retention improvements. Establish an AI-enabled product function, identify valuable automation opportunities, develop investment cases, and coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Data teams. The role requires measurable improvements in retention, conversion, member experience, learning speed, and operational efficiency, plus clear documentation and handover.

Leads the Rainham refurbishment and distribution site, owning capacity and demand planning, inventory accuracy, dispatch performance, reporting integrity, quality controls, lean continuous improvement, automation, and team leadership. The role establishes operating standards, performance frameworks, WMS and scanning workflows, stock governance, peak plans, carrier coordination, and site-wide accountability for on-time, complete, and accurate fulfillment.
