Serve as the technical bridge between BigPanda and customers by designing integrations, leading technical discovery, delivering demos and proofs-of-concept, troubleshooting deployments, and influencing product and adoption. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive production rollouts and ensure business value from observability, incident management, and AIOps solutions.

Lead customer-facing AIOps engagements as a senior solutions architect: design and implement BigPanda solutions, drive enterprise implementations, mentor architects, influence stakeholders, and ensure value realization and operational resilience.

Manage and grow large, complex enterprise SaaS accounts across EMEA by building C-suite relationships, developing strategic account plans, driving revenue expansion and retention, leading complex global negotiations, and working cross-functionally to align solutions and deliver measurable customer value.
