Maintains and repairs commercial and critical-environment chiller, refrigeration, chilled-water, HVAC, pump, cooling tower, and control systems. Performs planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, refrigerant leak detection, BMS monitoring, emergency repairs, and energy-efficiency improvements. The role also manages subcontractors, permits, RAMS, compliance, spare parts, service records, CAFM updates, health and safety procedures, and client communications across mobile sites in London and the South East.

Leads a team of engineers and supports the Contract Manager in delivering facilities maintenance services. Responsibilities include health and safety, statutory compliance, PPM scheduling, risk management, procurement, customer service, engineer supervision, appraisals, callout coordination, technical support, site reviews, documentation, and team development. The role focuses on commercial air conditioning, chillers, facilities management, and maintaining service levels across client sites.

Manage the financial performance of a major client contract, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, pricing, margin analysis, billing, governance, and renewals. Serve as the primary client finance contact, partner with operational teams on commercial performance and cost savings, and lead, coach, and develop a small finance team.
