Maintain and fault-find all mechanical and electrical building systems (HVAC, UPS, generators, LV), perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs, update the CMMS (e.g., Maximo), operate Permit to Work and LOTO, supervise subcontractors, complete H&S documentation, and use the BMS to control environmental conditions.

Maintains critical building mechanical and electrical systems through planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding, and environmental monitoring. Oversees subcontractors, permits to work, risk assessments, LOTO compliance, spare parts, documentation, maintenance-system updates, and health and safety standards. Uses BMS and alarm data to maintain acceptable building conditions and ensures plant rooms, equipment, KPIs, and service-level requirements remain compliant.

Lead mobile maintenance engineer responsible for planned and reactive electrical and building services across multiple Central London sites. Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot and repair faults, ensure statutory compliance and safety, coordinate contractors, maintain records, and drive reliability and capacity improvements while supporting and mentoring site engineers.
