The Client Solutions Manager develops client-focused facility management solutions, sales strategies, business cases, delivery models, and proposals. Responsibilities include leading RFP responses, managing sales pipelines in Salesforce, supporting business development with new and existing clients, creating presentations, and maintaining industry and client-market knowledge. The role also contributes to thought leadership, industry engagement, and retention initiatives through consultative selling and tailored solutions.

Provides client-facing helpdesk and administrative support for facilities maintenance operations. Responsibilities include handling enquiries and callouts, raising reactive jobs and PPMs, producing reports, processing work orders and purchase orders, managing subcontractor documentation, maintaining records and WIP, and supporting engineering teams. The role requires strong communication, organisation, IT skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise work in a busy office environment.

Develop and close new business opportunities across target facilities management markets while retaining existing accounts. The role manages the full sales lifecycle, including qualification, RFI, RFP, bids, presentations, approvals, and contract documentation. Responsibilities include building client relationships, maintaining a sales pipeline, meeting UK sales targets, supporting after-sales activity, monitoring market trends, collaborating with marketing and global teams, and representing BGIS at industry events.
