Monitor BMS, FDD and IoT telemetry to detect and triage building system issues, perform first-line remote interventions, coordinate on-site teams, tune FDD rules, produce performance and impact reports, and support smart building deployments while ensuring compliance, cybersecurity and audit trails.

Provide front-line helpdesk and administrative support for site facilities operations: handle client enquiries, raise and allocate reactive and planned jobs, process task sheets and documentation, manage subcontractor records and service sheets, produce reports, maintain WIP and logs, and support the Contract Support team and Contract Manager to ensure timely task completion and compliance with Health & Safety documentation.

Lead and supervise engineering teams across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient building services delivery. Oversee PPMs, reactive maintenance, subcontractors, CAFM records, and health & safety (PTW/LOTO, HV/LV where qualified). Provide technical support, stakeholder reporting, continuous improvement, and performance management to meet contractual obligations.
