Provide actionable insights by analysing large datasets, building dashboards, models and proofs-of-concept, measuring campaign ROI, answering stakeholder questions, and improving reporting and data practices.

Lead creation of short-form, motion-first social content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) from concept to final export. Combine Adobe CC and AI tools for animation, editing, sound and pacing; build templates and motion systems; optimise creative for platform KPIs; collaborate with cross-functional teams; mentor junior designers; drive creative testing and ensure brand and accessibility compliance.
