Build modular templates, run creative tests, localise assets, mentor junior designers, and ensure brand, accessibility and performance KPIs are met.

Own end-to-end delivery of retention-focused martech initiatives: gather and translate business requirements into data specifications, coordinate with external data engineering, prioritise backlog, validate solutions, and measure impact on retention KPIs while ensuring compliance and high-quality data pipelines.
