Own an AI-agent-driven backend engineering workflow for multi-tenant data platform services. Create precise specifications, operate agentic delivery pipelines, build MCP and sandbox infrastructure, and engineer behavioral verification systems. Evaluate generated solutions for scalability, reliability, performance, and security; diagnose production data issues; and collaborate with engineering, support, analytics, and product teams. The role requires strong .NET/C#, PostgreSQL, SQL, architecture, specification writing, agent infrastructure, and scenario-based testing expertise.

Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for UK and Nordic enterprise accounts. Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn, qualify opportunities using BANT and MEDDIC, maintain accurate HubSpot records, and coordinate qualified-meeting handoffs to Account Executives. Engage senior HR, Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits, and Finance stakeholders while collaborating with the EMEA sales team on messaging and market intelligence.

Own the Pay Transparency product area across Communication Rounds, Information Requests, and Pay Remediation. Shape the roadmap with Product Management, gather customer use cases, prioritize and document user stories, lead backlog grooming, and partner with engineering and UX to deliver high-quality features. Coordinate with product teams to align priorities and maintain documentation. The role requires B2B SaaS product experience, JIRA proficiency, user-centered design knowledge, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
