Leads pre-sales solution development for Benchling’s enterprise biotech R&D customers. Partners with sales, product, services, and customer stakeholders to discover requirements, model scientific data, design solutions, demonstrate software, address objections, and influence product roadmaps. The role requires life sciences R&D expertise, scientific software experience, trusted-advisor skills, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Lead EMEA sales and revenue operations, including annual planning, capacity and quota modeling, territory design, forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance reporting, and quarterly business reviews. Partner with sales, finance, marketing, enablement, deal desk, technology, and business intelligence teams to improve processes and productivity. Define and implement AI use cases across go-to-market workflows while driving cross-functional initiatives and scalable operating systems.

Drive new business and revenue growth across the Nordic territory by generating pipeline, managing complex SaaS sales cycles, forecasting accurately, presenting solutions, negotiating with technical and executive stakeholders, and closing strategic accounts. The role also involves account relationship management, collaboration with marketing, product, customer success, and channel teams, Salesforce data integrity, and use of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
