Owns Benchling’s EMEA commercial professional services portfolio across bespoke, packaged, and partner-delivered implementations. Responsibilities include services bookings, forecasting, pricing, scoping, margin governance, customer outcomes, partner lifecycle management, enablement, delivery methodology, capacity planning, and KPI reporting. The role drives consistency and quality across teams without direct management authority, with emphasis on Strategic and SMB customers across EMEA.

Lead pre-sales solutions for large biotech customers, mapping Benchling capabilities to customer R&D workflows. Conduct discovery, craft data models and demos, influence product roadmap, create reusable content, and mentor peers. Partner with sales, product, and professional services to drive adoption and value.
