Manages enterprise solution consultants, establishes technical sales and Proof of Value standards, guides complex deal strategy, reallocates resources, develops team capabilities, recruits and retains talent, and builds executive relationships with biotech customers. The role requires presales leadership, strong knowledge of biotech R&D processes and scientific software, experience selling to global enterprise accounts, and 25–30% customer travel.
