Owns strategic relationships with complex, regulated financial institution accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring account health, managing escalations, leading executive business reviews, owning renewals and churn forecasting, negotiating expansions, developing retention strategies, and coordinating delivery resolution across internal teams. The role requires expertise in financial services compliance technology, unified controls frameworks, enterprise SaaS commercial lifecycles, and multi-stakeholder account management.

Lead end-to-end enterprise sales for a named strategic account portfolio: outbound prospecting, deal shaping, executive value-based selling, complex commercial negotiation, CRM pipeline and forecast hygiene in HubSpot, and maintain post-signature commercial ownership to drive expansion and renewals across business units.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of global third-party and company-owned events to drive pipeline and revenue. Build event roadmaps, forecast and control budgets, design scalable playbooks for roundtables and flagship gatherings, manage vendors and cross-functional stakeholders, and measure ROI through meetings, MQLs/SQLs, pipeline influence and revenue attribution.
