Leads the global FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash and cost planning, management reporting, and acquisition integration. Partners with Sales, RevOps, People, and executive leadership to translate operating plans into controlled financial outputs. Manages the FP&A team, owns planning processes and model integrity, and drives automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve reporting speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Partners with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals. Leads workforce planning, organizational design, post-merger workforce integration, change initiatives, employee relations, talent management, and scalable HR programs. Uses workforce analytics to guide decisions, improve organizational effectiveness, and strengthen business performance while ensuring employment-law compliance across global operations.

Owns the company’s core three-statement and operating financial models, including forecasting, SaaS unit economics, scenario analysis, and integrated budgets. Independently builds acquisition valuations, supports diligence, and integrates completed acquisitions. Leads financial analysis for business reviews, diagnoses performance drivers, pressure-tests assumptions, and provides recommendations to leadership, the board, and investors. Uses AI and spreadsheet automation to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining financial accuracy and judgment.
